As promised, here is the recipe for this year’s cleanse soup. Remember last year’s cleanse soup recipe? This one is WAY better. Joe even took leftovers to work, and he wasn’t even on a cleanse. I love miso soup, and while this isn’t really a classic miso soup recipe, like at all, it’s got just enough of the miso flavor to make me happy. It also has vegetables, protein from the beans, and cabbage, which is a great system cleaner. Joe added soy sauce to his, and apparently that’s a good addition 😉 I hope you enjoy it!
