wandering eye wednesday: week twenty/3

wandering eye wednesday wine bottle chandelier

Guess what day it is? HA! Happy Wednesday to you.  I hope your week is going well! I’ve been recovering from shooting my first wedding on Sunday.  In 118 degree heat. With sub-par air conditioning. It was ROUGH. Thank goodness the bride was a trooper and the venue was lovely.  In fact, this shot was taken at the venue, a vineyard in the desert. Let that settle in.

The chandelier was made up entirely of wine bottles, and although it wasn’t suitable for the bride and groom’s portfolio, it was a perfect shot for our Wednesday date 🙂

There was no editing involved with this photo. I rented a couple of lenses and an extra camera body for the event, and the lenses were phenomenal. I fell in love instantly.  I need to start saving for some better equipment, stat.

I hope you’re staying cool, people. Until next time!
